Hope you’re all keeping warm during this autumnal weather.
Just a quick note to keep let you know of a few events
coming up.
Saturday November 12th 10am – 4pm
It’s that time of year when the rather fabulous ‘Sherwood
Christmas Contemporary Market’ takes
place.
Organised by Rachel Ainley & Sophie Robins, the market,
now in it’s 6th year, is held at The Place, 2a Melrose Street, in
Sherwood behind the old bus depot.
Many local talented makers will be selling their work including textiles, jewellery ceramics, mosaic, prints, lanterns, decoupage, photography, jams and chutney, cakes and food. Admission as always is free.
This brilliant community event is an ideal opportunity to pick up a few Christmas gifts & well worth a visit if you have never been before.
